CARD ON FILE
Due to an increase in appointments that have been no showed we require all clients to put a credit or debit card on file to hold your appointment. In the case of an appointment being no showed this card will be charged to cover the cost of the services booked.
In order to accommodate all clients in a timely manner, we ask that scheduled clients give the studio 24-hour notice if unable to keep their scheduled appointment. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will owe 50% of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file. In the event that you do not arrive for this appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, please be aware that the full price of the appointment will be charged to this card. Gratuity for the provider’s time is appreciated.

For all services other than Permanent Make-up.

PERMANENT MAKEUP CANCELLATION POLICY
