ACNE
It might seem counterintuitive to have dry skin with acne but there are a lot of reasons why. People with acne often do not like creams or lotions fearing a breakout. Water that we drink does not reach the epidermis so it is imperative that your skin does receive some form of a lotion (oil-free is fine) If you are also drying your skin with BPO, Salicylic or Glycolic that will leave your skin feeling very parched. Dead skin can cause extra problems because that build-up of skin is one of the potential causes of acne.
