Scheduling

If you need to reschedule or change an appointment, you may access your online account to make the change. You may reschedule an appointment as often as you like! Our front desk assistant is here to welcome and check out clients, so we appreciate your help with rebooking your treatment. However, if that’s not working for you, please don’t hesitate to ask for assistance.

Illness

If you are feeling under the weather and may be contagious, please reschedule your visit. We love to see our clients, but we don’t want to catch your bug! Because we work so closely to your face and body, it’s possible that we will share germs. We look forward to seeing you at a later date–whenever you’re back on your feet!

Late Appointments and Fees

If you are late for an appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit.  Less than 24 hour notice will result in an account balance 50% of the service you were scheduled for. We always waive this the first time, and of course, if it is an emergency please know you will not be charged.

Gratuity

If you wish to leave a gratuity, it’s gratefully appreciated! If not, please don’t feel obligated to do so. It’s your decision–and we love you all the same!

Age Policy

Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment without approval (or be accompanied by an adult).

Waxing Musts

In order to get the best result, waxing requires that hair be 1/2″ long. In addition, we can’t wax your skin if you’ve been tanning less than 48 hours prior to your treatment. We will ask you to reschedule for your safety–but we won’t charge you for a missed appointment. Burned skin or hairs left behind just won’t do!

Common Courtesy

Lastly, but most importantly, please be courteous by respecting us and all our clients. Habitually canceling at the last minute, arriving late or not showing up at all impacts all of us. We will charge a rescheduling fee equal to half the amount of the service of your missed appointment. Your cooperation in helping us accommodate as many clients as possible is greatly appreciated.
