You can schedule appointments by both calling into the studio or booking online via our Book Now link in our menu! If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please give us a call. You may reschedule an appointment as often as you like, as long as you do so prior to 24 hours before the scheduled start time! Our front desk assistant is here to welcome and check out clients, so we appreciate your help with rebooking your treatment. All unconfirmed appointments will be removed the evening before appointment. This is to avoid charging fees and to open schedule for possible bookings.
We kindly ask that if you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, to bring it back within 30 days and lightly used in order to receive a full refund. Products returned after 30 days or with more than 25% usage are not eligible for refunds.
Late Appointments and Fees
Please be aware that if you are late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or do a reduced time service for the time that remains. Please be aware that if this is the case, the full amount of the original service booked will still be charged. We will make every effort to perform as much of the service as possible in your remaining appointment time. We keep our prices low by not including buffer times for our services. In order to remain on time for the remainder of our appointments with other clients for that day, we have to end at the scheduled finished time. We appreciate your understanding.
Permanent Makeup Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that there is a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule this appointment. This is not refunded if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled at any time. However, this will be applied to the total service price if this appointment is kept. If you do need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start time. In the event that you do not arrive for this appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, please be aware that the full price of the appointment will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy for All Other Services
In order to accommodate all clients in a timely manner, we ask that scheduled clients give the studio 24-hour notice if unable to keep their scheduled appointment. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will owe 50% of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file. In the event that you do not arrive for this appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling, please be aware that the full price of the appointment will be charged to this card. Gratuity for the provider’s time is appreciated.
If you wish to leave a gratuity, it’s gratefully appreciated! If not, please don’t feel obligated to do so. It’s your decision–and we love you all the same!
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive treatment without written parental consent.
In order to get the best result, waxing requires that hair be 1/2″ long. In addition, we can’t wax your skin if you’ve been tanning less than 48 hours prior to your treatment. We will ask you to reschedule for your safety. Burned skin or hairs left behind just won’t do!
Lastly, but most importantly, please be courteous by respecting us and all our clients. Habitually canceling at the last minute, arriving late or not showing up at all impacts all of us. Your cooperation in helping us accommodate as many clients as possible is greatly appreciated.
